Youth Volunteer Application Form
Welcome, and thank you for your interest in the Rise Up! Strengthening Food Systems and Environmental Stewardship program

We are excited to learn more about you! This application helps us build a diverse, inclusive, and community-rooted program by getting to know your strengths, experiences, and interests. Your application will be assessed based on your motivation, interests, availability, and overall fit with the program’s goals and values. There is no one “perfect” applicant and no previous volunteer experience is necessary -we’re looking for a range of voices, experiences, and perspectives!
We are committed to making this process as inclusive and barrier-free as possible. If you need support filling out the form, prefer a different format, or require any other help, please reach out to your Regional Lead or the Provincial Manager. Contact details can be found on our webpage: Our Team.
***All spots in the Fraser, Vancouver Coastal and Interior Regions are now filled for Cohort 2 of Rise Up! Thank you to everyone who showed interest in getting involved in the program! If you have any questions, please reach out to the Fraser Regional Lead at fraser.riseup@phabc.org, the Vancouver Coastal Regional Lead at vancoast.riseup@phabc.org, or the Interior Regional Lead at interior.riseup@phabc.org.
